What’s your word for 2011? In June 2010, I asked you to come up with one word that best describes you – the word you want people to think of when they think of you. The answer reflected your personal brand.
Well now I’d like you to come up with a new word for the New Year. One word that reflects what you plan to do within your business this year; how you can inspire others; how you can lead by example; or how you can make a difference. Perhaps you plan to lead your industry or create a new standard…or simply create balance in your life. Maybe it’s being accountable – to yourself and/or your team…or you plan to make huge leaps and you just need to believe. How about getting out there and connecting with others more?
For me, the word that keeps popping into my head is “implement.” 2011 will be the year I put into action all those products and programs that can help others grow their business.
Take some time to reflect on your word. When the right word “pops” up and makes sense to you and your business for the year ahead, add it to your Vision Board, your day-planner, or wherever you’ll see it each day to keep you on track.
