With the departure of my daughter this past month – off to experience life in Australia for the next year – and a son and his family getting ready to move across the country, I have been feeling a little emotional.  Thankfully the members of my InTouch networking group were okay with a few tears when I was asked about my daughter’s trip.

 

So, I knew it was time for a change of scenery and I am fortunate to have an amazing friend who knew where she should take me to get away – on Safari in The Wilds of Ohio.

It sounded like an odd place to experience endangered animals up close (and off-road in the back of a pick up truck), sleep in a yurt overlooking the wild animal pastures, go horseback riding, and enjoy fabulous food…but it was exactly what I needed.

 

A change of scenery can make a huge difference in your mindset.  What are you doing to ensure you’re keeping on track?
