August was another busy month as my husband and I celebrated our 31st wedding anniversary and then two days later became grandparents for the third time with the birth of Asher Jadon Regier.  It’s been a time of extreme gratitude for the blessings in our lives.

At the same time, our daughter is preparing to venture into life on her own as she heads “down under” mid September for one year. I am thrilled she is living her dream…but sad at the thought of missing her.  Thank goodness for today’s technology so we’ll be able to talk regularly (and see each other at the same time).  So, of course we’re planning a trip to visit in the New Year and check off one of the items on our bucket list – to experience Australia & New Zealand.
