The Canadian Association of Women Executives and Entrepreneurs (CAWEE) is a not for profit, member-run association that has been connecting Canadian businesswomen since 1976. CAWEE is focused on relationship networking between professionals that are genuinely interested in helping build other members’ businesses and ‘paying it forward’. CAWEE women report long-term pay-offs from their membership, including referrals, sales, resources and support that last throughout the years. CAWEE women are leaders in their fields with strong professional networks. Our executives are typically middle management or of greater seniority within their business, and our entrepreneurs are typically the sole proprietor of a business with at least 4-12 employees. Our members and affiliates include lawyers, health practitioners, IT professionals, HR consultants, marketing and communications professionals, government and not-for-profit executives, designers, and many more. Our age range is generally 28 to 60 years of age. We meet downtown Toronto for monthly breakfasts as well as Lunch and Learn and evening events. We also offer virtual membership for those outside of the Greater Toronto Area.
